Article I – Official Appointment

Dr. Dr. Ami.Zara – international economist and architect of faith- and ethics-based financial systems – is hereby appointed as:

Director General of the Orthodox Central Foundation of Europe (Savior Athos)

This foundation is a multi-national ecclesiastical and charitable body comprising the following official institutions:

• The Religious Ecclesiastical Association of Saint Tryphon, Mount Athos (Main Center)
• The Religious Foundation of Greece PDP Caritas MKO (Main Center)
• Greek Orthodox Church for the Hellenic Diaspora in Italy (Monastery)
• Orthodox Churches of Moldova
• The Religious Ecclesiastical Association “Piety of the Pelicans” PDP (Monastery)
• The Ecclesiastical Association of Saint Nicholas, Olnu (Monastery)
• The Ecclesiastical Association of Saint Tryphon (Monastery)
• Saint Tryphon Adelphia Monastery
• Greek Orthodox Church – Eparchy of Paphlagonia
• Greek Orthodox Church G.X. (Metropolitan Area of Milan)

As Director General, Dr. Ami.Zara holds full executive, administrative, strategic, and legal authority over all projects, institutions, operations, and international missions of the Foundation.

Article II – Legal and International Authority

All official decisions, diplomatic engagements, agreements, and correspondence of the Foundation shall be valid solely through the Office of Dr. Ami.Zara.

This decree is recognized as legally and diplomatically binding by all ecclesiastical bodies, governments, and international organizations.

Article III – Seal and Enforcement

This appointment is effective immediately and shall remain in force unless otherwise amended by a subsequent official decree.
